Chef Brandon Dearden
Jonathan Dearden is a dedicated and experienced executive chef with more than 15 years of experience in fine dining within the restaurant and hospitality/resorts industry. As passionate as they come, Jonathan maintains a vast cuisines expertise that extends across the areas of Modern American, French, Caribbean, Indian, and East and Southeast Asian cuisines.
As an executive chef, Jonathan spent 5 years with Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants in DC and Philadelphia, in addition to working with Andre Balaz Properties in New York and the prestigious Jade Mountain in Saint Lucia.
Throughout his career, Jonathan’s awards and achievements include starring on 3 national TV shows, including ABC’s, “The Chew,” Food Networks, “Chopped,” and “Beat Bobby Flay.” Today, Jonathan remains just as committed than ever before to manage a new venture with his twin brother, Brandon. Together, the two work to bring their joint-venture restaurant to life.
Cloud Kitchen Twins offers a modern solution for the modern diner. With a virtual food hall, diners are able to order from multiple restaurants and have their food delivered right to their door. This new venture is poised to revolutionize the ways in which we order food remotely, by opening up the possibilities to enjoy multiple meals and multiple cuisines from multiple restaurants all without skipping a beat.
Brandon Dearden is a passionate and driven executive chef with years of leadership experience in Michelin-Starred restaurants and luxury hotels. Successfully making a name for himself in the culinary community throughout an extensive 16-year career.
Brandon has worked with some of the most top-rated chefs in the business including Daniel Boulud at Cafe Boulud under James beard nominated Chef Zach Bell. Charlie Palmer’s Aureole in Las Vegas under Michelin-Starred Chef Vincent Poussel. And the most prestigious of them all Chef Grant Achatz’ Alinea in Chicago, three Michelin starred and featured on the world's 50 best restaurants list numerous times.
Brandon then went back to the west coast to work with under Celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck’s Fine Dining Group at Spago, Las Vegas, and quickly promoted to CDC at Hotel Bel-Air in Beverly Hills. After a 5-year stint with Wolfgang puck Brandon decided to relocate to San Francisco to work with the Saison Group on their Angler Restaurant Concepts as Executive Chef.
Brandon remains just as committed than ever before to manage a new venture with his twin brother, Jonathan. Together, the two work to bring their joint-venture restaurant to life.
